Booking terms
These are the plain-language basics for online and enquiry-based bookings. The terms that apply to a stay are shown through NightsBridge or confirmed in writing by Opia Investments (Pty) Ltd before payment.
Payment and booking safety
Online booking is provided through NightsBridge where available; use the payment instructions shown on its secure booking page. For a booking arranged directly with Calvin, EFT details are provided only on an official Opia Investments invoice or lease, never on this website. If anything looks unusual, verify it with Calvin using the phone number in the footer.
Checkout
Checkout is generally before 10:00.
Deposit and balance
Payment timing and any deposit or balance requirement are shown during the NightsBridge booking process or stated on the invoice or lease for an enquiry-based booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are shown during the NightsBridge booking process or confirmed in writing before payment. For longer stays, Opia may use a written lease with stricter date-based cancellation terms.
Damage deposit
Where a refundable damage or missing-items deposit applies, it is reviewed after checkout and returned after inspection if no deductions are needed.
Utilities and Wi-Fi
Normal utilities and Wi-Fi are included unless the written booking terms say otherwise.
Cleaning
Cleaning arrangements vary by stay and length of booking. Extra cleaning can be arranged where available.
