Privacy notice

This notice explains how Opia Investments (Pty) Ltd handles the personal information guests send when enquiring or booking directly with Opia Stays.

What Opia collects

When you enquire directly, Opia may receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred stay, travel dates, guest count and any message you choose to include.

How Opia uses it

Opia uses enquiry details to reply, confirm availability, prepare quotes, issue invoices or leases, coordinate check-in and manage the guest stay.

Where it is processed

Enquiries are handled through email, WhatsApp and normal business systems used by Opia Investments. Opia does not sell guest enquiry details.

How long Opia keeps it

Opia keeps booking and enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for guest support, accounting, legal, security and operational purposes.

Your choices

You can ask Opia to update, correct or delete enquiry information where Opia is legally able to do so.
